Guidelines require the highest degree of precision, clarity, and organization — plus knowing the brand from top to bottom. We’ve worked with the Citrix brand team on a messaging handbook, writing style guide, video guidelines, partner reference guide, and their main brand guidelines.

In addition to designing and producing these behemoth projects, we’ve mastered the art of explaining super-detailed specs in simple language.

LOGO & ICON VERSIONING

Making logos and icons look perfect is persnickety work. We zoom in 6400% to get the spacing and alignment just right.

Each Citrix partner logo requires up to 72 files to cover all the color and format options. Yes, it’s a lot! We use automated tools where possible.

BRAND CAMPAIGN EXPERIENTIAL GRAPHICS

Citrix came to us with an idea and a fast deadline. First, we helped morph the idea into a new idea that could work in the real world. Then we produced the goods: 5 backdrops and oversized props for different office locations, plus 50 sets of small props.

COLLATERAL TEMPLATES & USER GUIDE

Collateral needs to be compelling, consistently on brand, easy to create, plus mobile friendly. We gave Citrix multiple layout designs for flyers, data sheets, white papers, case studies, and product overviews—all with clear instructions on how to use them.

CORPORATE POWERPOINT TEMPLATE & USER GUIDE

Citrix asked us to make their existing PowerPoint template more flexible and easier to use. We gave employees the ability to select their own images from the brand library. We simplified the master layout options. And we edited down the user guide to have just the right amount of info.

PHOTO SHOOT MANAGEMENT

From budget planning to licensing to retouching, we managed the whole process for this brand photo shoot in LA. And we did it on a crazy 6-week time line. The actual shoot was a week long and required five different locations. In the end, about 500 new photos were added to Citrix’s brand library.

DAM LIBRARIAN SERVICES

Thousands of Citrix employees need access to brand assets including photos, fonts, icons, PPT and collateral templates, and more. It’s got to be organized and easily searchable. Studio Matson jumped right into the fray to help with DAM taxonomy, meta tagging, and archiving the old stuff. It’s an ongoing process!
